Payment Options

For client convenience, Universal Light Consulting, Inc. accepts multiple payment methods.  ​We accept most Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Zelle & Cash for Service Sessions.  We accept most Major Credit Cards & PayPal though our online Shop/Store.

Prepayment Discount*

​

Universal Light Consulting, Inc. offers a $25 prepayment discount on any Mind, Body, Soul, or Spirit service session when the session is prepaid via Zelle or paid in cash for in-person services.

​

To receive the discount, clients must:

• Select an eligible service session

• Enter discount code: XXXX at checkout

• Complete payment via Zelle (remote sessions) or cash (in person)

​

The discount is applied to the full session energetic exchange, not to add-ons or supplemental services.

Deposits & Prepayment

​

Some services require a deposit to reserve the session, container, or ceremonial work.

• Deposits may be prepaid via Zelle or paid in cash for in-person services

• When prepayment requirements are met, the $25 discount applies to the total session price, not solely to the deposit amount

• Remaining balances must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule

 

 

Discount Eligibility & Use

• The $25 discount may be applied once per eligible service session

• The discount may be used repeatedly for future sessions, provided payment terms are met each time

• Discount eligibility is based solely on approved payment methods

 

 

Exclusions

 

The $25 prepayment discount does not apply to:

• Travel fees or travel-related energetic exchange

• Add-on services

• Any products in the Shop / Store, including:

  • Physical products

  • Digital products

  • Personalized astrology reports

 

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in writing.

In-Person Sessions & Travel Fees

 

Most sessions are offered remotely to ensure accessibility, energetic clarity, and flexibility for clients worldwide. When an in-person session is requested, additional time and logistical considerations are required to leave our private office and travel to your location.

To honor the time, preparation, and energetic presence involved, the following travel and on-site fees apply:

Travel Time & Distance

For in-person services requiring travel, travel-related energetic exchange begins after the first 30 minutes of travel time from the point of departure.

Travel-related charges may include:

• Travel time beyond the initial 30 minutes

• Distance and location of the service

• Preparation, energetic containment, and post-session grounding

• Extended time blocks required for on-site or ceremonial work

All travel-based services are quoted individually and confirmed in advance following a consultation or discovery call.

Travel fees are separate from session energetic exchange and are not eligible for discounts, promotions, or prepayment incentives.

On-Site Facilitation Fee*

For any extended in-person session conducted outside of my private workspace, a flat on-site facilitation fee applies to account for:

• Time away from my private office

• Transportation and setup

• Energetic preparation and containment

• Environmental assessment and grounding

On-Site Facilitation Fee: $150 per session

* This fee applies regardless of session length and is separate from travel time. This fee is handled on a case-by-case and distance basis and will be confirmed in advance, so there are no surprises.

 

Additional Considerations

• In-person sessions may require extended scheduling blocks

• Certain services (such as healing work, spiritual clearings, ceremonies, or hospice support) may involve custom quotes

• All travel and on-site fees are discussed and confirmed in advance, so there are no surprises

 

 A Note on Accessibility

Remote sessions are equally effective for most services and are often recommended unless physical presence is specifically required or requested.

Additional Considerations for Ceremonial, Hospice & Extended Work

​

Certain in-person services require additional preparation, energetic presence, and time beyond a standard session. These offerings are always handled with care, reverence, and clear communication.

Ceremonies, Rites & Sacred Services

Services such as ministerial ceremonies, sacred rites, blessings, or spiritual clearings may involve:

• Pre-ceremony consultation and preparation

• Customized ritual design

• On-site energetic assessment

• Post-ceremony integration support

Ceremonial services are priced on a case-by-case basis and may include custom scheduling blocks, extended on-site time, and additional facilitation fees. A consultation is required prior to booking.

Hospice & End-of-Life Support

Hospice healing and end-of-life services are approached with the highest level of compassion, ethical responsibility, and presence.

These services may include:

• Flexible scheduling and extended availability

• Emotional, spiritual, and energetic support for individuals and loved ones

• Ongoing coordination as needs evolve

Because each situation is unique, hospice and end-of-life services are custom-quoted following a brief consultation to ensure appropriate care, pacing, and support.

Multi-Day or Extended On-Site Work

For services requiring multiple sessions, extended on-site presence, or multi-day facilitation (such as spiritual clearings, ancestral work, or deep healing processes):

• Custom scheduling and pricing will apply

• Travel, lodging, and extended facilitation fees may be required

• Clear agreements are established in advance to support sustainability and clarity for all involved

All additional fees, time commitments, and expectations are discussed before any in-person service is scheduled. Our intention is always to provide clarity, respect, and aligned support without pressure or surprise.
