Program Overview

Long-term coaching containers are designed for clients seeking sustained growth, deeper integration, and ongoing accountability. Each session is up to 55 minutes, allowing for focused, high-impact coaching while providing space for reflection and integration between sessions.

These containers support meaningful life, relationship, and spiritual transformation through a structured, ongoing framework. Session frequency, touchpoints, and additional support increase with each tier to ensure a fully personalized and high-touch experience.

These containers are available by invitation only to ensure energetic alignment, dedicated space, and the highest level of attention to your transformation. Enrollment follows an initial consultation or completion of the 8-week introductory program. Availability is limited.

Session Scheduling & Integration

Sessions are scheduled monthly according to your container tier. Most sessions last approximately 55 minutes, with flexibility built in to allow time for questions, integration, and reflection between sessions. This structure ensures that your transformation is sustainable and deeply supported.
